Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to return a doll. We do allow returns for 14 days from the date we shipped the doll, but you must call for a return authorization. Any doll returned without an authorization will be refused and returned to you at your expense. The doll must arrive back to us in the same condition as we sent it out. If you have taken the doll out of the box, it must be returned to the box with all packing securely in place. All shipping is at the buyer’s expense. If you received free shipping with the doll being returned, the cost of shipping the doll to you will be deducted from your refundOnce the doll has been received back in satisfactory condition, you will receive a credit for the price of the doll less any free shipping charges. If the doll has been damaged or blemished in any way, no credit will be given, and you will be given the option of paying to have the doll shipped back to you.
On the rare occasion that the doll arrives damaged or defective, we will send return postage for the doll and send a replacement to you once we have received the damaged/defective doll back. If we do not have another doll, we will offer you a substitute or refund your money. In this case we do refund postage. If the doll arrives with missing accessories, please do not return the doll, we will send you the missing accessory at no additional cost.
